Unfortunately, the Dial2Day application has been discontinued and its servers are down. You can't use it anymore. As an alternative, you can download and install Skype, FreeCall, or Nimbuzz. All of them are free to download, easy to use and have the same main features like Dial2Day. If you want to recover the money spent on the cards, you will need to contact the provider.
There is no way to get any additional vouchers for this service because it has been discontinued. All the servers, downloads, web site and anything related to the service is not available anymore. There are other alternatives like ActionVoIP.
Dial2Day is not working with Windows Vista. It gives me an address error. Can you help?

Scratched too hard the area where the Dial2day password is located. Is there another possibility to use this card?

The answer is no. You can't use an alternative way to obtain the password, but there is a solution. Contact the reseller of the card and they should be able to verify if the code that has been used is based on the serial number. If everything checks out, you will be issued another code that can be used for the dialer application.
